The anatomical shape of this mat predestines it for action use, ie wherever it is necessary to reduce the weight and volume of the packed mat. Its dimensions, in turn, indicate that it will be suitable for larger and more shouldered figures, which will not suffice with its smaller brother Peak 38 NX .
The construction with two layers of relatively large horizontal cavities saves even more the weight of the mat, while maintaining a relatively high thermal comfort.
The cavities also form a pleasant corrugated structure of the mat after inflation.
Sanding the top layer of material increases its friction, so you won’t get a sleeping bag off the mat.
The high-flow double valve provides easy inflation of the mat without air escaping when closed. By pressing the valve, the pressure in the mattress can be regulated. After opening the second layer, the valve is fully open and the mat can be easily blown out.
