The modified version of the Gemini 150 model for particularly difficult weather conditions has a rigid rod construction made of Dural alloy 7075 T9, ultralight Nylon Ripstop fabric for the tropics with UV protection saves weight.
Tropiko is made of Nylon with RipStop treatment and triple double-sided siliconization, guaranteeing a water column with a height of 4,000 mm. The seams of the tropics are not taped, but expansion threads are used, which multiply their volume in contact with water and thus seal the hole in the needle.
The floor is made of Nylon with a Polyurethane coating with a water column of 10,000 mm.
The rods consist of duralumin segments (7075 T6) with a diameter of 9.5 mm.

Description
The tent is double-skinned and consists of an inner tent and an outer skin - a tropic. The inner tent has a rectangular floor plan with two entrances on its longer sides. The outer tent is a hexagon, it also has two entrances, in which there are two halls, suitable for storing luggage. At the entrances of the tropics, we can decide whether to open the left or right half of the entrance, or both at the same time. We will use the option, for example, during cooking and thus easily create the necessary lee.
Ventilation
It is located at the top of the dome of the tropics. The roofs of the ventilation windows are shaped so that they are not tilted by the wind. This prevents leakage even in rain with strong winds.
Tent construction
We hang the inner tent with hooks on a duralumin structure. Drag the tropico over the structure, then attach the velcro on the underside of the tropic to the rods. We close the buckles, we turn off the tropics. We anchor the tent with pegs and cords.
