Shipping and delivery

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

We ship items to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain (except the Canary Islands), Sweden.

Most of the goods are shipped from Lithuania. For international deliveries, we use the DPD courier (door to door delivery).

The typical delivery term for EU countries is 5-7 business days.

All parcels have general protection from being lost or damaged. Extra insurance service is available at your request. For more details, please contact us at rob@fullnorth.com

Orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. United Kingdom (after BREXIT)

*This is an indicational estimation and might vary. However, we always contact a buyer and communicate proactively providing details about the specific delivery case. 

After your package is being sent out, you get the parcel tracking number and link to follow delivery progress.

Fullnorth.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If goods are delivered with apparent transport damage, please inform the shipper immediately and contact us as quickly as possible (rob@fullnorth.com).

Failure to lodge a complaint or make contact does not impact your legal warranty right. Still, it can support us in making claims against the carrier or the transport insurer.
